Shipping Policy
At Soul Jewellery, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable.
– Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day.
– Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days depending on the delivery address.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped/dispatched. To do so, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! However, if you need to return an item for any reason:
– You must raise a request with our customer support team via email/contact form/WhatsApp within 7 days from the date of delivery.
– The product should be unused with all tags intact and in its original packaging.
Refund Policy
Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse:
1. The product will undergo inspection.
2. If everything is found in acceptable condition:
– For prepaid orders: Refunds will be initiated back to the source account.
– For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Customers must provide their UPI ID or bank account number along with IFSC code for processing refunds.
Please note that Soul Jewellery reserves the right to deny or issue a partial refund if the product/tag/packaging is found damaged during inspection.
